4. Personal data we collect

When you register as a user in our services you create a lead card that asks you to enter and stores the following information:
At the stage of creating a user account, the user’s first and last name, email address and password are mandatory.
In the account you create you can fill in the tab “Shipping Addresses” and “Billing Addresses”, in which the details of Name, Surname, Telephone, Address (including city, region, zip code, country) and potentially the mobile phone number, bell name and salutation are mandatory. In case you wish to issue an invoice, the name of your business, your profession, TIN and Tax Office are additionally required.
In case you have created a user account we will use your Data that you have entered when you register for our services,
- If you do not wish to create a user account each time you wish to place a new order, you will re-enter the Data mentioned above for the creation and completion of an account.
- In addition, to complete the payment, details of your “PayPal” account or credit / debit card may be required.
We collect preference and browsing data, i.e. we record the products of our online store that you place in your cart or favorites or have purchased in the past.
Also, if you have consented to us sending you newsletters, we register your email address in the “newsletter mailing list”.
5. Purpose of processing personal data
We collect your Data exclusively for the purposes of the services provided by the online store www. etolias. gr and specifically:
